Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at IREKS. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and storing goods in a timely and accurate manner
• Operating and maintaining various types of forklifts and material handling equipment
• Processing and shipping orders in a fast-paced environment
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels using our warehouse management system
• Assisting in the development of warehouse staff to become shift leaders

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics or a related field, preferably with a background in warehouse management
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid forklift certification
• Availability to work weekends and shifts
• Proficiency in German language (B1 level)
• Knowledge of MS Office applications is an asset
