Job Opportunity: Lead Educator (m/w/d)

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team at Kindergarten Katharinenstraße in Dinslaken.

As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a five-group daycare for children aged four months to school entry
  • Supervising and supporting the facility's staff
  • Collaborating closely with the organization's administration
  • Implementing quality management systems
  • Building trusting relationships with parents
  • Networking with partners and engaging with the community
  • Managing administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Degree in Pedagogy, Social Work, or relevant field OR completed training as Educator or Special Needs Educator
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a childcare setting
  • Strong pedagogical knowledge
  • Passion for Open Work concepts and team collaboration
  • Experience in team development and communication
  • Good understanding of legal frameworks
  • Knowledge of organizational management, quality assurance, and development
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
