Transform the Debt Collection Industry

We are seeking a top-notch Senior Portfolio & Risk Analyst to join our team at PAIR Finance. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our debt collection strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing models for underlying assets, working closely with our sales and business development teams.
  • Collaborate with external partners to acquire new assets and expand our portfolio.
  • Analyze portfolio performance, identify trends, and generate insights to inform operational decisions.
  • Contribute to process and infrastructure enhancements to optimize returns and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with our sales, partnership, data science, and senior management teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Academic education in economics, business informatics, data science, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in data analysis, portfolio management, or risk management.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and SQL.
  • Advanced knowledge of Python, SQL, or R is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of numbers and affinity for technology.
  • Fluent English skills are mandatory, German knowledge is a plus.
