Your Responsibilities Include:
- Engaging in meaningful tasks that contribute to your personal growth and professional development, focusing on operational training marketing and recruitment for vocational training and dual study programs.
- Utilizing your creativity to assist in the design and execution of employer branding campaigns across our social media platforms, including crafting engaging texts and producing videos.
- Supporting the planning and execution of events, which involves liaising with external partners and preparing essential marketing materials such as presentations and promotional items.
- Focusing on trainee-relevant initiatives, where you will have the chance to provide substantial support across various projects.
- Managing our Covestro intern community, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Contributing your ideas and insights on emerging trends in employer branding, as we value your creative input and encourage you to collaborate closely with us.
What We Are Looking For:
- You are a unique individual with a strong personality, demonstrating courage, curiosity, enthusiasm, and inspiration. Your organizational skills and creative thinking will help advance Covestro's employer brand.
- You are currently pursuing a degree in business administration or psychology, focusing on human resources, marketing, or communication.
- You excel at networking, whether virtually or in person, and find it easy to maintain professional relationships.
- You are familiar with social media platforms, including Instagram, and understand the nuances of posting and using hashtags.
- You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy contributing your ideas in a structured and purposeful manner.
- Your profile is complemented by fluent German (C1+) and strong English language skills.
This internship lasts three to six months, providing a comprehensive experience in the field. Along with your application, please include your enrollment certificate and any relevant academic regulations if applicable.
