We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Kraftwerksleiter to lead our Biomasse-Heizkraftwerk team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation and management of the facility, ensuring maximum efficiency and profitability.

• Oversee the daily operation of the Biomasse-Heizkraftwerk, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead and manage a team of technicians and engineers to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
• Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all personnel working at the facility.
• Develop and implement maintenance and repair schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to management on the performance of the facility.

• Technical degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or energy technology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the energy sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
