About Us
The SIM GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of the Stadt-Sparkasse Solingen, providing consulting services for building projects and real estate. We advise on the development, acquisition, and sale of real estate for the Stadt-Sparkasse Solingen and third parties.
As the current project manager for the new main office of the Stadt-Sparkasse Solingen, we are responsible for project management and facility management services.
We are also responsible for managing the properties of the Stadt-Sparkasse Solingen and the Alten-Stiftung der Stadt-Sparkasse Solingen, as well as owning and managing our own real estate and commercial properties.
The SIM GmbH combines the benefits of a startup with a young team, flat hierarchies, and short decision-making processes with the security of a Sparkassen organization.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of up to residential and commercial properties, with a focus on technical and infrastructural facility management.
Your tasks will include:
- Technical and infrastructural facility management of our commercial and residential properties
- Conducting site visits, planning, budgeting, coordinating, and monitoring maintenance, repair, and inspection work
- Responsible for procuring, coordinating, and monitoring technical service providers
- Ensuring compliance with operational and safety responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for tenants, property owners, authorities, and external service providers
- Supporting the commissioning of the new main office for the Stadt-Sparkasse Solingen until the completion of required maintenance contracts
- Supporting the acquisition and sale of properties, including technical due diligence in close coordination with the commercial property management
- Preparing and submitting technical quarterly and annual reports
Your Profile

- Completed degree in building engineering, economics, or a related field, or technical/vocational training with relevant experience in the supply or electrical engineering sector
- Proven experience in technical property management and administration of commercial and residential properties
- Structured, self-reliant, and team-oriented working style
