Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Viega GmbH & Co. KG

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and enhancement of Compensation & Benefits programs aimed at attracting and retaining top talent for Viega.
  • Lead initiatives in Total Rewards, including the evaluation and improvement of Employee Benefits.
  • Work in close collaboration with the HR-IT team as a Key User to influence the development of IT applications.
  • Engage in the creation, communication, and execution of various HR processes.

Your Qualifications

  • Possess a degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrate several years of expertise in Human Resources, particularly in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork capabilities, with a keen interest in IT and analytical thinking.
  • Have proficiency in MS Office applications, with a preference for experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Fluent in both German and English languages.
