Gessmann Personal Service GmbH is seeking a dedicated and experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our client's team in Leonberg. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic production environment.

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate production of high-quality components. Your responsibilities will encompass setting up and operating CNC machines, independently processing production orders, and conducting quality control measures to maintain exceptional standards.

• Precisely set up CNC machines for various production tasks.
• Independently manage and execute production orders according to specifications.
• Conduct thorough quality checks throughout the production process to ensure adherence to industry standards.

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic or a related field.
• Proven experience in operating and maintaining CNC machines.
• Familiarity with Siemens 840 controls is highly advantageous.
• Experience in small-batch production environments is beneficial.
• Flexibility to work across all shifts.
