Data Governance Specialist

Your Role at ZEISS Group:
In this pivotal position, you will significantly influence the evolution of Data Analytics and contribute to the success of our digital transformation initiatives at ZEISS. Your responsibilities will include assisting various business units in establishing Master Data standards and enhancing the quality of Master Data across ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems. You will utilize analytical tools to conduct data integrity assessments and cleansing processes, identify and rectify data inconsistencies, duplicates, and outdated records. Additionally, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to address data quality challenges effectively. As a member of a central Master Data Governance Team, you will lay the groundwork for a data-centric organization, working alongside cross-functional teams within ZEISS Group.
Qualifications:
- A successful commercial education, ideally as an industrial clerk or accounting clerk
- A strong enthusiasm for master data management and data quality improvement
- Familiarity with SAP MDG, ERP, CRM, or similar systems is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English and/or German; knowledge of additional languages is highly valued
- Open to career starters as well
