Social Media Marketing Specialist

Wir suchen einen motivierten und kreativen Social Media Marketing Specialist, der sich für die Welt der Schönheit begeistert und ein Auge für neue Trends und Influencer*innen hat.
Als Teil unseres kleinen, engagierten Teams in Düsseldorf werden Sie sich leidenschaftlich für die Entwicklung von Social Media Kampagnen und Strategien einsetzen. Ihre Aufgaben werden unter anderem die Planung, Konzeption und Durchführung von Social Media Kampagnen und Strategien umfassen, sowie die Betreuung, Optimierung und Pflege der Social Media Präsenzen.
Wir bieten eine Praktikumsstelle ab dem 1. Quartal 2023 für 6 Monate an. Als DIGITALE SCHMIEDE sind wir die erste Social-Media-Agentur mit Fokus auf Beauty-Brands und generieren reichweitenstarke Inhalte und sorgen für lebhafte Interaktion mit den User:innen.
Aufgaben- Planung, Konzeption und Durchführung von Social Media Kampagnen und Strategien
- Betreuung, Optimierung und Pflege der Social Media Präsenzen
- Verantwortlich für die Schaltung von Ads-/Kampagnen sowie Retargeting, Leadgenerierung
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung einer Masterclass
- Performance-Monitoring und -Reporting
- Du unterstützt Influencer-Projekte im Bereich der Kampagnenentwicklung und schreibst gemeinsam mit uns Briefings, wählst passende Influencer*innen für die Kampagnen aus und stimmst den Content ab.
- Du verantwortest die Schnittstellenkommunikation mit anderen internen Abteilungen, wie dem Online-Marketing oder externen Schnittstellen.
- Das Controlling von Influencer-Marketing-Kampagnen in Form von Reportings & Auswertungen liegt in deinen Händen.
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft und betreust unter anderem das Influencer-Mailpostfach und kümmerst dich um Kooperationsanfragen.
- Du führst Wettbewerbsbeobachtung und die Recherche & Analyse von Trends und Best Practices in der Influencer-Szene durch.
- Studium in den Bereich Marketing, Kommunikations-, Medienwissenschaften oder Ähnliches – nice-to-have: eine Ausbildung und/oder Berufserfahrung als Fotograf oder Social Media Manager
- Status quo und Trends in der Social Media Branche
- Verständnis für performanten Content und Erfahrung im Texten, in der Bild- und (idealerweise) in der Videobearbeitung
- Erste Erfahrung mit Tracking- und Analyse-Tools (Facebook-Pixel, Google-Analytics)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich)
- Hohe Eigenmotivation, Organisationsfähigkeit, Selbständigkeit, Kreativität und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
