About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Advisor to join our team at Sparda-Banken. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to our clients on wealth management and investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and tailored financial advice to clients, focusing on wealth management and investment solutions.
• Work closely with our partners to offer a comprehensive range of financial products and services.
• Utilize sales processes for investment advice to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive client engagement and relationship management.
• Support the team in sales initiatives and contribute to achieving team goals.

Requirements

• Hold a degree in banking, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the financial services industry.
• Possess knowledge and experience in wealth management, investment products, and financial planning.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Hold a valid professional certification in finance or a related field, such as CFP or CAIA.
