About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Engineer to join our team at customfield3. As a Technical Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of HVAC systems in pharmaceutical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HVAC system designs for individual or multiple disciplines of technical building equipment (ventilation, heating, cooling, steam, sanitary, media, fire suppression) in pharmaceutical projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and present comprehensive system designs using Autodesk Revit, including associated calculation packages in collaboration with our BIM construction teams.
  • Support project management in planning and monitoring the construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and present customer-oriented solutions for technical building equipment in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and support on technical matters.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
  • Develop and review performance specifications.
  • Estimate and calculate costs, monitor and control costs.
  • Coordinate with partner companies.
Requirements
  • Completed degree in technical building equipment (M.Eng., B.Eng., Dipl.-Ing., Techniker) or equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position.
  • Sound knowledge of technical building equipment, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Experience with CAD tools (REVIT, AutoCAD), calculation programs (e.g. SolarComputer, MagiCAD), and AVA software.
  • Thorough knowledge of VOB and HOAI.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
  • Structured, methodical, and engaged working style.
  • Excellent communication and expression skills, as well as decision-making ability.
  • Willingness to travel.
