Job Description

As a Design Principles Engineer for Electrical System Installation, you will play a crucial role in defining the design principles for electrical systems at Airbus in Hamburg. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the consistent integration of electrical systems across various aircraft systems, cabins, and production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain design principles for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with Airbus process specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and verify electrical system designs, identifying and addressing any deviations or non-conformities.
  • Design and evaluate electrical system architectures, ensuring the integration of electrical systems with other aircraft systems, cabins, and production processes.
  • Contribute to improvement projects and large-scale development programs for the flying fleet and research topics.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in design engineering, electrical engineering, and aircraft manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Catia V5.
  • Excellent German language skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
