Since 1986, we have been dedicated to supporting diverse communities through various initiatives, including youth social services, early intervention, migration assistance, and support for individuals with disabilities. Our Freiwilligenagentur FRAG Pforzheim | Enzkreis plays a crucial role in promoting and facilitating volunteer engagement.

Our dedicated team of school social workers operates across multiple educational institutions in Enzkreis and is currently seeking a passionate Social Worker (m/w/d) to join our efforts in Illingen.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist students facing academic challenges
• Provide guidance and support to various stakeholders
• Deliver individualized support, manage class projects, and conduct prevention initiatives and social training for groups
• Establish trusting relationships with school administration, educators, parents, and external collaborators
• Facilitate connections between the school and the broader social environment

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Degree in Social Work (B.A.)
• Experience in school social work or with children and youth is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and motivational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and responsibly
• Friendly and engaging personality with a genuine passion for working with children and youth
• Driver's license Class B is preferred
