Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer Go to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for setting technical standards and best practices for our Go-based systems. Your expertise will help shape the future of our e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities- Define Coding Standards: Establish and maintain coding standards for Go development, ensuring consistency and quality across our systems.
- Monitor Compliance: Regularly review and ensure adherence to security guidelines, coding best practices, and other relevant standards.
- Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to developers to improve code quality and maintainability.
- Mentorship: Train and mentor junior and mid-level developers to enhance their understanding of Go and improve their skills.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Collaborate with teams to resolve complex technical challenges, leveraging your expertise in Go to deliver innovative solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in software development with a focus on Go.
- Go Expertise: Deep understanding of Go language specifications and experience in developing and maintaining complex backend systems.
