Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Associate FP&A to join our team. As a key partner to commercial teams, you will facilitate cost control and profitable growth by building strong relationships and analyzing sales performance, pricing strategies, and customer profitability. You will also enhance our financial operations by leveraging financial and analytical systems, engaging with stakeholders, and setting aspirational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnering: Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial teams to drive cost control and profitable growth.
  • Analyze Performance: Identify opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement by analyzing sales performance, pricing strategies, and customer profitability.
  • Enhance Financial Operations: Expand and improve our planning and performance management landscape by leveraging financial and analytical systems and engaging with stakeholders.
  • Modeling and Forecasting: Build and improve financial models to capture complex business dynamics and support strategic decision-making.
  • Budget Oversight: Play a leading role in the budget and forecasting cycles to ensure budget requests are collected, reviewed, and optimized.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, or fast-paced growth companies, with retail and/or e-commerce experience a plus.
  • Master's degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable course of study.
  • Proven track record in driving topics and projects in fast-paced environments and acting as a sparring partner for key decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics (Excel, VBA, G-Sheets, Looker, etc.) combined with a tech-savvy attitude.
  • Quick thinker with a can-do attitude and easy adaptability to change and work independently.
  • Business professional communication in English, with an additional corporate language (German, Dutch) a plus.
