Your Role

As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our company. You will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks, including accounts receivable and payable, inventory management, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts receivable and payable processes.
• Record goods receipts accurately and maintain efficient inventory control systems.
• Assist in the preparation of comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Process payment transactions efficiently and prepare timely payments to vendors.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant legal regulations and tax guidelines.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training with a focus on accounting or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practical experience using accounting software (e.g., Navision, DATEV, Lexware).
• Analytical mindset with a structured approach to work and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Proactive and reliable individual with a strong work ethic.
• Prior experience in retail or the bicycle industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
