About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate - Fresh Produce. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including fresh produce, meats, dairy products, and other grocery items.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and providing recommendations on products and services.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
