Position Overview: As a vital member of the Cabin Crew, your primary role is to foster a welcoming environment onboard, collaborating with fellow crew members to ensure an enjoyable experience for our passengers, leaving them with lasting positive impressions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Flight Briefing: Participate in the daily briefing to receive essential updates regarding the flight and preparations.
  • Cabin Preparation: Conduct safety inspections and set up the cabin to ensure it is ready for passengers.
  • Guest Interaction: Welcome and assist passengers during the boarding process.
  • Service Coordination: Work alongside the crew to deliver seamless service throughout the flight.
  • Sales Promotion: Actively promote and sell items from the onboard shop to enhance the travel experience.
  • Brand Representation: Embody the values of Eurowings with enthusiasm, serving as an ambassador for the airline.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any challenging situations with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum height of 160 cm and at least 18 years of age.
  • Proficient in German and English (minimum Level B1) in both spoken and written forms.
  • Possession of a secondary school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant experience in customer service.
  • Valid passport and, for non-EU applicants, a residence and work permit.
  • Good overall health and visual acuity within +/- 5 diopter.
  • Competent swimming abilities.
  • Willingness to receive vaccinations approved in Germany, including COVID-19.
  • Well-groomed appearance and a friendly demeanor.
