Marketing Internship: Product Marketing New Business

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our Product Marketing team in the New Business department at Cosnova GmbH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the New Business Manager in daily operations, including product development and market research for our cosmetics products.
- Take ownership of smaller projects, conducting research and creating presentations to support business decisions.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends, creating presentations to inform business strategies.
- Develop and implement social media content for Instagram, including creating engaging posts and captions.
- Write subtitles for social media content.
- Analyze market and competitive landscapes, conducting research and creating presentations to inform business decisions.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in business or marketing, preferably with some experience in the FMCG industry or marketing/communications agency.
Requirements:
- Studied business or marketing, or a related field (at least 2 semesters completed).
- Duration: 6 months, starting in December or January 2024 (ideally).
- Previous experience in marketing for a consumer goods company (FMCG) or marketing/communications agency is a plus.
- Passion for cosmetics, beauty, and our brands.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal) and willingness to interact with international business partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent English and German language skills, with a keen eye for visual language on social media.
- Audacious in photography and film.
- Creative thinker with an affinity for digital things.
