Your Educational Journey at KLS Martin Group

Our dual study program at KLS Martin Group presents an ideal blend of both. Through engaging projects and rotations across various departments, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your capabilities and swiftly transition into rewarding and stimulating responsibilities.

What You Will Encounter:

  • Acquisition of both business acumen and technical expertise
  • Preparation for dynamic roles at critical junctions within the organization
  • Exposure to diverse sectors of the company, including material and production management, product and project oversight, finance, marketing, and sales
  • Development of a holistic understanding of business operations and engagement in innovative competitive strategies and tools
  • Firsthand experience of international business practices while managing projects autonomously
  • Opportunity to gain global exposure through a 6-week internship abroad during your second year

Training Venues:

Theoretical instruction will occur at the Dual University of Baden-Württemberg in Villingen-Schwenningen every three months, while practical training will take place at KLS Martin Group's facilities in Tuttlingen and Mühlheim.

Duration of Training:

Your academic studies and practical training will span a period of three years, culminating in the Bachelor of Arts examination.

  • General or Technical High School Diploma
  • Genuine interest in business and technical operations
  • Strong academic performance, particularly in Mathematics
  • Proficient English language skills and computer literacy
  • Collaborative team player with effective communication abilities
  • High motivation to learn and a proactive mindset
