Your Contributions
- Possess a completed vocational training or equivalent academic background in the tourism sector, along with relevant professional experience in the tourism or car rental industry, or in customer service environments.
- Demonstrated initial leadership experience and familiarity with telephone customer support or similar professional roles in tourism.
- Exhibit enthusiasm and professionalism in telephone interactions with our car rental clientele.
- Maintain a structured approach to work, showcasing sociability, customer-centricity, and enjoyment in advisory discussions, while being knowledgeable about the destinations relevant to our customers.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, and a strong sense of individual responsibility to achieve measurable outcomes efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (particularly Excel) and possess advanced knowledge of tourism-related software (e.g., Toma and Iris+).
- Fluent in German with good command of English, both written and spoken.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the professional and managerial aspects of your own customer service team focused on car rentals.
- Assume daily operational responsibility for the entire service department during consulting hours and facilitate communication with international car rental partners.
- Provide expert telephone and written support to customers before, during, and after their rental experience, addressing inquiries, complaints, and damage cases.
- Actively engage in the ongoing development of both qualitative and quantitative skills within your team’s service and advisory discussions.
- Ensure adherence to established quality and performance standards through key performance indicators (KPIs) for your team and the broader customer service department.
