Position Overview

As a **Senior IT Consultant**, you will be responsible for overseeing various technical projects, ensuring successful implementation and configuration of systems. Your role will involve delivering tailored solutions that align with client needs and our software offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee complex projects from initial specifications through to installation and configuration.
  • Design and implement customer-focused solutions utilizing our software products.
  • Lead initiatives for intricate installations and configurations.
  • Provide support for virtualized infrastructures, Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and MS Exchange.
  • Maintain and enhance client IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist clients via hotline support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
  • Establish and manage local and server-based data backup solutions.
  • Administer and monitor applications and server environments effectively.
  • Conduct network maintenance, including LAN, WAN, firewall, and WLAN management.
Qualifications
  • Degree in IT or related field, ideally as a System Integration Specialist.
  • Proven experience with IT infrastructures and networking technologies.
  • Familiarity with setting up and managing DATEV environments is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented and dependable in all tasks.
  • Collaborative team player with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license (Class B).
