• Activate and mobilize residents to preserve their cognitive, physical, and social abilities
• Apply evidence-based techniques to promote residents' autonomy and train them in daily activities
• Provide orientation and support for activities such as concentration training sessions or exercise programs
• Be responsible for residents' leisure activities and organize events and daily activities within and outside the facility
• Ensure quality control and documentation of planned and provided care services

• Qualified nurse or care professional with experience in geriatric care
