We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist to join our client's team. Our client is an established, privately owned Italian company specializing in a range of therapeutic areas including cardiovascular, immuno-oncology, gynecology, osteoporosis, and neurology. They develop and distribute both prescription and over-the-counter medications.
Your Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance and support to physicians, specialists, and pharmacies, while actively expanding customer relationships.
- Drive sales of prescription and over-the-counter products within a designated territory.
- Consistently achieve established sales targets and revenue goals.
- Manage your assigned territory independently, developing problem-solving strategies and creating tailored customer concepts.
- Conduct thorough market and potential analyses to formulate effective strategies.
- Analyze target demographics and tailor your approach accordingly.
- Organize and host training events for physicians and pharmacists, as well as conduct on-site training for pharmacy staff.
- Participate in industry trade shows and conferences to network and promote products.
- Provide regular reports to the regional manager and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Hold a recognized accreditation as a pharmaceutical representative according to § 75 of the Pharmaceuticals Act, such as a degree in biology, pharmacy, or a related field, or through training as a PTA, BTA, or equivalent.
- Possess at least 2-3 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Demonstrate a strong network of existing relationships within the healthcare industry.
