Job Title: Store Manager Assistant

Isabel Marant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager Assistant to join its team in Munich.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the sales team, ensuring personal and collective objectives are met, and managing the organization of the team on the sales floor.
  • Brand Image and Sales: Ensure the image of the brand is maintained, sales processes are optimized, and customer loyalty is developed.
  • Training and Development: Provide daily training to the sales team and new entrants, focusing on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Turnover and Objectives: Contribute to the development of turnover and achievement of objectives, analyzing commercial indicators and managing product demand and restocking.
  • Visual Concept and Store Maintenance: Ensure the visual concept is respected, and the store is well-maintained, including cleanliness, maintenance, storage, and organization.
  • Support and Replacement: Provide support and replacement for the Store Manager in their absence, handling general store organization, schedules, openings, and closings, as well as reporting to management and disciplinary follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in selling Ready-to-Wear and Leather Goods in Fashion or Luxury Retail.
  • Successful experience in a Store Manager Assistant position.
  • Excellent understanding of retail business KPIs.
  • Excellent personal presentation, with a proactive and positive attitude, and a high level of motivation.
  • Passionate about customer service and sales floor, committed to achieving targets.
  • Focused on client needs and experience, willing to build long-lasting relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure clear and effective communication with management, staff, and clients.
