- Expert installation of diverse flooring materials including parquet, floorboards, and, for skilled candidates, vinyl and carpet.
- Refinishing and treatment of parquet or floorboards to maintain high standards.
- Installation of decorative skirting boards.
- Preparation of subfloor surfaces through milling and spackling techniques.
- Repair and restoration of parquet or floorboards.
- Creation of precise measurements for flooring projects.
- Formal training as a flooring installer or equivalent experience in the field.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Professional and approachable demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is advantageous.
