Position Overview

  • As a SAP Developer focusing on BTP, you will join a team dedicated to advancing the energy transition within E Grid Solutions GmbH through implementations in our central Asset/PM system.
  • Your responsibilities will include designing, executing, and overseeing SAP Cloud initiatives.
  • You will be accountable for developing functional specifications and interfaces.
  • Regular collaboration with business units and other implementation teams will be essential.
  • Your tasks will involve implementing, testing, and documenting your modifications.
  • You will aid in decision-making regarding implementations and subsequent product team activities in partnership with business areas.
  • From the outset, you will integrate operational and security considerations into your development work, emphasizing standardization, maintainability, performance, complexity reduction, and adherence to relevant development guidelines.
  • Your enthusiasm for emerging technologies and methodologies will enable you to assist our clients during the ideation phase of new products and contribute to the advancement of our chapter.
  • You will proactively share your knowledge and techniques with your peers.

Required Qualifications

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable professional qualification, along with experience as a SAP Developer.
  • Extensive expertise in SAP development and a strong foundation in BTP.
  • As a collaborative team member, you will create innovative solutions alongside business units and colleagues, valuing knowledge sharing.
  • You possess the ability to swiftly grasp new technologies and stay updated on current trends.
  • Exceptional technical, analytical, conceptual, and communication skills will enable you to thrive in a partially international or multilingual setting (German, English).
  • Experience in the energy sector is a plus.
