Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Occupational Health Spezialisten/in, der unsere Präzisionsfertigung bei der Produktion optischer Komponenten, Baugruppen und Systeme aus Glas, Glaskeramik und Keramik unterstützt.

Aufgaben
  • Wirksame Maßnahmen zur Aufrechterhaltung und Verbesserung einer sicheren Arbeitsumgebung sicherzustellen.
  • Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Absprache der Maßnahmen mit den Fachbereichen durchzuführen.
  • Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern im Zusammenhang mit technologischer Machbarkeit, korrektiven oder vorbeugenden Maßnahmen in allen Belangen des Arbeitsschutzes fachlich zu beraten.
  • Arbeitsschutzbewusstsein durch Umsetzung von Kaizen-Initiativen zu fördern.
  • Mitarbeiter in EHS-Prozessen, Softwaretools und Methoden der Ursachenanalyse zu schulen.
  • Interne Audits und Wirksamkeitskontrollen gemäß Auditplan zur Erhöhung der Arbeitsplatzsicherheit regelmäßig durchzuführen.
Qualifikationen
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Arbeitsschutz und Umwelt eines produzierenden Unternehmens der chemischen oder feinmechanischen Industrie.
  • Einschlägige Zusatzqualifikationen (z.B. Brandschutz, Gefahrstoffe, Ergonomie, Lärm, Laserschutz, Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse).
  • Erfahrung mit Managementsystemen (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001) oder einschlägigen Problemlösungsmethoden (8D, FMEA, 5xWhy, Ishikawa).
  • Fließend Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
