About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and tech-savvy individual to join our After-Sales IT department at Mercedes-Benz. As a Data Analyst/Scientist, you will play a crucial role in unlocking the potential within our workshop data and marketing leads, driving business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance our After-Sales marketing effectiveness
  • Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify patterns and trends
  • Design and develop cutting-edge scoring systems to predict customer lead acceptance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality
  • Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders and contribute to the creation of comprehensive technical documentation
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of data
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, Pyspark, R, SQL, or similar
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS) and big data processing technologies like Databricks
  • Strong English proficiency
