The HORBACH Expats team in Munich specializes in multilingual financial planning, catering to expatriates residing in Germany who require financial guidance.

The ideal candidate for this position will embody an entrepreneurial spirit, possess a strong work ethic, and demonstrate a commitment to relationship-building.

Responsibilities
  • Develop your own client network and nurture lasting relationships within your chosen expat community.
  • Engage with prospects alongside your assigned mentor, providing consultations on financial planning topics such as investments, real estate, retirement planning, and insurance.
  • Prepare to become a certified financial consultant, bridging the gap between client requirements and financial solutions.
Qualifications

The perfect candidate will have:

  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and German (B2+)—additional languages are advantageous.
  • Experience in sales and/or consulting; prior experience in finance is not required.
  • A proven track record of collaboration, consultation, and partnership with clients or key stakeholders, along with a passion for working with people daily.
