As the Director of Health Management and Occupational Safety, you will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of health management and occupational safety within the organization. Your leadership will ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations while fostering a culture of well-being and safety across the company.
Key Duties Include:- Occupational Medicine: You will manage occupational health services, ensuring adherence to legal and internal standards while providing guidance on health protection and risk prevention.
- Emergency Medical Services: Oversee the provision of emergency medical care and first aid services, ensuring readiness for any incidents.
- Crisis Management: Develop and implement strategies for medical crisis management, including pandemic preparedness.
- Travel Health Advisory: Provide medical advice and necessary health precautions for business travelers and expatriates.
- Health and Safety Standards: Lead the development and implementation of occupational health and safety standards, advising on best practices and compliance.
- Ergonomics and Workplace Design: Strategically plan and enhance ergonomic practices across all divisions, collaborating with external bodies to improve workplace conditions.
- Integration Management: Manage processes for integrating employees with health restrictions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Data Protection: Ensure all medical and health data is managed in accordance with legal data protection standards.
- Social Counseling: Coordinate socio-medical support and counseling services for employees facing health challenges.
- Health Promotion: Strategically plan and implement health promotion initiatives, monitoring their effectiveness and collaborating with health insurance providers.
- Manager Training: Educate and empower managers on health-related topics to promote a culture of health consciousness.
- Quality Management: Develop and implement quality management standards for all health and safety units.
- Operational Oversight: Manage the strategic direction of the company’s food services and catering operations.
Education: A degree in human medicine with licensure; a doctorate is preferred. Specialization in occupational medicine is essential, with additional qualifications in related fields being advantageous.
Experience: Significant clinical experience and a proven track record in occupational medicine, along with managerial experience in health and safety roles.
Skills: Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
