Sales Director

Job Overview:

As a Sales Manager in the field, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion within a defined sales territory. Your primary objective will be to acquire new customers and identify new sales opportunities, while also advising on existing and new products to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
• Proactively engage with leads and prospects to build relationships and close deals
• Conduct market research to identify new customer and sales potential
• Provide expert advice on products and services to customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer and cold acquisition with a proven track record in field sales
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle customer objections effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
• Fluent German and good English language skills
