Deine Herausforderung

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Scrum Master und Teamleiter, der unsere agile Entwicklungsteam leitet und kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt. Du bist verantwortlich für die Leitung von zwei Scrum Teams und hast die Personalverantwortung für Teammitglieder inne. Du sorgst für eine gute Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Teams im Release Train und unterstützt die Teams bei der Erreichung ihrer Sprintziele.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Disziplinarische Führung von Mitgliedern der Scrum Teams
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Zusammenarbeit, Kommunikation und Transparenz zwischen und innerhalb verschiedener Scrum Teams
  • Unterstützung der Teams bei der Erreichung ihrer Sprintziele
  • Erkennen von Teamdynamiken und Blockaden sowie Entwicklung von entsprechenden Lösungsansätzen gemeinsam mit dem Team
  • Weiterentwicklung des agilen Vorgehens in den Teams und im Release Train
  • Caching der Entwicklungsteams hinsichtlich agiler Methoden und der Durchführung teaminterner Trainings
  • Begleitung und Moderation von Events in den Teams und im Release Train sowie von CoPs
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem IT-nahen oder sozialwissenschaftlichen Fach
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master oder Agile Coach
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Mitarbeitenden, z.B. als disziplinarische Führungskraft oder im Rahmen von Projekten
  • Fundiertes Wissen über Scrum und/oder das Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur pragmatischen Lösung von Problemen und Teamkonflikten über gezielte Fragestellungen
  • Ein hohes Maß an Empathie und die Fähigkeit zur Motivation anderer Menschen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
