About the Job:

As a Project Manager ELT at STF Gruppe, you will be responsible for overseeing various large-scale projects in building technology, specializing in the field of electrical engineering. These projects involve public buildings such as train stations, schools/daycares, residential buildings, office buildings, supermarkets, and hotels. Our team consists of over 60 colleagues, with approximately 15 working in project management, assisting clients in all phases of technical planning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination - Coordinating and managing the entire process in your projects, ensuring tasks are completed as per client requirements and team coordination
  • Client Communication - Being the point of contact for all project-related queries, conducting discussions with clients and project stakeholders, participating in project meetings, and presenting project status updates
  • Project Control – Ensuring cost and timeline compliance, overseeing project control, and maintaining a focus on quality assurance measures

Our Approach:

We utilize a specialized project management tool for technical planning, our TGA Cockpit. This structured approach allows for efficient onboarding of new team members and upholds high quality standards for our clients across projects.

Requirements:

  • A degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma) in Engineering, specializing in Electrical Engineering or similar, OR be a certified technician or master electrician
  • Several years of relevant work experience, preferably in project management/coordination
  • Strong communication skills and a respectful approach, both within the team and with clients and other project stakeholders
  • Proficiency in common MS-Office products and openness to new tools
  • Excellent verbal and written German communication skills to ensure effective communication among all stakeholders
