We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Pedagogical Specialist in our children's residential group. This is a part-time position (40-50% of full-time hours) with a flexible schedule.
About the Role
- Provide emotional support and guidance to 6 children aged 6-14 in a residential setting.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the children's educational and therapeutic programs.
Requirements
- A degree in pedagogy, education, or a related field.
- Experience working with children in a residential or educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
