We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at GULP – experts united. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of our information systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer and configure information systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Maintain and support our IT hardware and software infrastructure.
- Collaborate with suppliers to manage existing support contracts.
- Proactively monitor and supervise data backup processes.
- Ensure the operation and functionality of our IT systems, applications, and connected subsystems.
- Implement and collaborate on IT projects to optimize and expand our IT infrastructure.
- Develop and revise IT processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal employees on IT-related matters.
**Requirements**
- University degree in a relevant computer science field or equivalent IT training and experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, MS Office, network architecture, databases, and IT security.
- Excellent written and spoken German language skills.
