Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing intensive care to children with complex medical needs, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on care to children with special needs, including medical treatment, personal care, and emotional support
• Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and report on the children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in pediatric care
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion

Requirements:

• Qualifications in a relevant field, such as nursing or healthcare
• Experience working with children with special needs, preferably in an intensive care setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
