Your Role
  • Assemble and adjust form and component parts to ensure a stable production process
  • Coordinate adjustments after sample testing for tool stability
  • Ensure timely availability of tools for production orders
  • Maintain and repair injection molding tools and equipment
  • Analyze tooling issues and optimize for production efficiency
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tooling solutions
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure tooling meets specifications
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for tooling and equipment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in form technology
Requirements
  • Completed training as a Tool Mechanic specializing in Form Technology
  • Independent worker with a focus on quality
  • Ability to analyze and address tooling weaknesses
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Fluent in German
