Job Overview:

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will leverage your foundational customer service skills to enhance your professional knowledge and expertise in the field.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize customer service principles effectively and develop personal expertise.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process management.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and written communication, addressing issues related to heating cost statements, installations, customer portals, technical challenges, and complaints in a systematic and solution-focused manner.
  • Work collaboratively with regional and central teams to resolve customer requests and complaints.
  • Follow established processes and service level agreements to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee ongoing processes to guarantee timely resolution.
  • Identify and assess process disruptions, escalating issues as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial field.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing positions is advantageous.
  • Passion for engaging with customers.
  • Strong service orientation, customer focus, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in German with excellent communication capabilities.
  • Dependability, adaptability, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Competence in MS Office and a willingness to learn new systems, alongside flexible working hours.
