The team's mission is to facilitate quicker and more informed business decisions while optimizing data-driven processes. Comprising a passionate, international, and diverse group of assortment specialists, analysts, data scientists, and machine learning engineers, the team boasts a wide range of expertise from business to mathematics and computer science.

Position: (Junior) Assortment Analyst

Role Overview

In the role of (Junior) Assortment Analyst, you will assist business analytics professionals in developing dashboards, performing analyses, and preparing data. You will work closely with various supply teams, including procurement, planning, and inventory management, to gain insights into their daily operations and create data solutions that enhance their workflows.

Key Challenges the Team Will Tackle

  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the daily functions of procurement teams and their interdependencies
  • Creating intelligent business analytics solutions to improve processes and decision-making
  • Providing tools and data to facilitate faster and more effective business decisions
  • Ensuring access to relevant data for daily tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Improving and refining reports
  • Designing and maintaining custom dashboards using Google BigQuery (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau) to visualize various business KPIs
  • Developing a thorough understanding of planning and purchasing metrics and KPIs
  • Generating reports to support the daily activities of business teams
  • Advancing the implementation of automated business processes
  • Conducting analyses based on diverse data sources

Qualifications

  • Strong academic background in Business, Business Analytics, or related fields
  • 1-2 years of experience or relevant internships in a similar role within the E-commerce, Fashion, or Retail sectors
  • Solid understanding of E-commerce business models and associated KPIs
  • Excellent analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers
  • Prior experience with SQL is a plus
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Quick learner with a structured approach to tasks
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Experience in E-commerce, Retail, or Fashion is essential
