Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Providing administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assisting with project work, including data entry, research, and document preparation.
- Managing correspondence, including emails, letters, and faxes.
- Coordinating meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging catering.
- Providing customer service, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Performing other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
