Role Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative solutions aligned with customer objectives, leveraging our expertise in Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies.
- Provide recommendations for optimising existing technologies or adopting new ones, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
- Design high-level architecture blueprints using existing tools and resources, taking into account customer needs and business requirements.
- Confidently plan, budget, and manage projects within an agile framework, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Leverage your deep understanding of customer needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical experts.
- Actively support presales and sales efforts, including participation in proposal preparation, to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage customer interfaces through sub-project management, often on-site, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Your Profile:
- Experience in workplace transformation and deployment projects, as well as client architectures, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365.
- Proven experience as a lead architect, ideally with project and people management responsibilities, and a track record of delivering successful projects.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, including cloud and hybrid scenarios, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
- Proficient in Windows 10 upgrades and integrating Office 365 or other cloud solutions in desktop environments, ensuring seamless user experience.
- Familiarity with SCCM, desktop management tools, desktop encryption, security products, and packaging tools, to ensure robust security and compliance.
- Experience in creating and editing RFP/RFI/RFT documents, to ensure clear and concise communication with customers.
- A passion for new challenges, coupled with strong communication and presentation skills, to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel where required, to support customer needs and project requirements.
- Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level for both), to ensure effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
