Team Leader in Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at pro:motion concept | Thüringen.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership and be able to motivate and guide a team of sales professionals to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Training: Identify, recruit, and train new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Work Location Organization: Plan and coordinate the setup of work locations, such as stands, to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Scheduling and Employee Support: Schedule employees at work locations and provide ongoing support to ensure they have the resources they need to succeed.
  • Accounting and Coordination: Coordinate accounting processes and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of motivating and guiding teams to achieve their goals.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Empathy and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong emphasis on empathy and collaboration.
  • Professional Appearance: A professional and approachable demeanor, with a strong commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Interest in Social Projects: A genuine interest in social projects and a desire to make a positive impact in the community.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license, class B.
