Entry-Level Sales Associate for Fresh Produce

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent product presentation, cleanliness, and freshness in our produce section.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Presentation: Ensure that our fresh produce is visually appealing and well-organized, creating an inviting shopping experience for our customers.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective strategies to attract customers and drive sales, including promoting seasonal produce and offering expert advice on product selection.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Pricing and Assortment: Maintain accurate pricing and ensure that our produce assortment is well-stocked and meets customer demand.
- Commercial Education: A commercial education or relevant experience is required for this role.
- Product Knowledge: Strong product knowledge and quality awareness are essential for this position, as you will be responsible for ensuring that our produce meets the highest standards.
- Interpersonal Skills: A passion for retail and excellent interpersonal skills are necessary for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
