About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Industrial Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying leads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
