Gelato Ambassador

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Gelato Ambassador. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm and welcoming service to customers, ensuring a memorable experience with every visit.
• Scoop and serve gelato and coffee with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Learn and implement Gelato Fiasco's unique approach to customer service, ensuring a consistent and exceptional experience for all guests.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
