About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Commercial Operations to join our team at KoRo Handels GmbH. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a critical role in optimizing our operations and ensuring seamless execution across various strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple lighthouse projects simultaneously, including supply chain optimization, logistics improvements, and process automation.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and sales teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement best practices to enhance productivity.
  • Monitor KPIs and generate reports to track project progress and impact.
  • Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Manage risk and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Continuously seek ways to innovate and improve operational processes.
Requirements:
  • You have a degree in business administration or similar.
  • You have at least 1-2 years of professional experience in consulting or fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or Operations is a plus.
  • You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate to Berlin for your new position.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
  • You have excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • You are characterized by a structured way of working.
