About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Officer to join our team at DRK-Blutspendedienst NSTOB. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective information security management systems, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring the overall security of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement information security management systems to protect our organization's assets and data.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop and maintain IT security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of our IT systems and data.
- Provide training and awareness programs to employees on information security best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to ensure our organization remains secure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in information security, IT security, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of IT security frameworks, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ISO 27001, BSI-Grundschutz, and other relevant security standards.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISO, or TISP.
