Packaging Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability & Test Technician to join our team at European Tech Recruit. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for setting up reliability tests for packaging applications, including power cycling, TST, and HTS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement reliability tests for packaging applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test plans meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for test procedures and results
• Provide technical support for test equipment and software

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in reliability and test engineering
• Deep knowledge of electronics or electrical engineering, preferably in semiconductor assembly
• Practical experience in mechanical construction of parts for tools, machines, and samples
• Technical understanding of power electronic devices, materials, and packaging processes
